My experience has led me to many other crimes for which I have reported to the proper agencies. It seems unfit that there is a lack of attention to Jack W. Tarrance, Jr., by law enforcement, the Zodiac Killer community, and the mass media. It’s as if to say they already know, but don’t want to know, just like Jack’s hypnosis symbol.
