These final recordings show that Dennis was being taken seriously in this case. After 2 years of fighting the system in order to get them to act, the results were astounding. I wasn’t around for this part of the investigation with Dennis, but what I was told in the end was that SFPD round filed Jack’s stuff, and refused to investigate him. This is when Dennis believed that SFPD was covering up something.
