1979 Jack returns to California with the family. He moves to a trailer park that eventually becomes the new location of the Sacramento FBI Field Office. Coincidence??? Murders begin to rev up in California making it appear that the Zodiac Killer has resurfaced per Robert Graysmith. Atlanta Georgia Child Killer begins and the taunting letters are ever so reminiscent of the Zodiac Killer, and Dennis shows us how Jack could have the opportunity to get away with these crimes.
