I will continue down the path of Jack’s life and how he became who he was by the time he left home at 14 years of age. We will be looking at our first communications and crimes that I believe are the baby steps to one of the most prolific serial killers of our nation’s history. Evidence will be shown from Jack’s personal belongings to corroborate the proximity Jack had to the crime scenes along with a profile of the communication and handwriting identification of the handwritten communications. Political happenstances covered during the time frame of the crimes to show what was going on in the government.
