Discussion of the second murder in this series, and the first communication left by the Lipstick Killer will continue. These are what I refer to as the infancy stage of this killer’s communications in my opinion. The similarities in sending a communication to law enforcement, media, and victim’s family members coupled with the context of the message means Jack should be considered as suspect for these crimes as well. Hopefully we will also get to the handwriting examination in this case.
